Versatile floating platforms are operational in Qingdao Port
Two sets of floating pontoons were dispatched at Qingdao Port for docking platforms for boarding and disembarkation, cargo transfer, or cross-water crossings.
The barge has a total length of 36m, a width of 8m, and a depth of 2m. It is equipped with a 18*4m ramp for embarking and disembarking, and has a maximum load of 200t. Because there is no power unit, tugboats or other external assistance are needed to move it.
Constructed with high-quality CCSB marine plates, the barges featured a modular design, allowing for easy transportation and assembly. The use of modular components not only facilitated the logistics of the project but also ensured a streamlined assembly process.
HID Shipyard provided professional and dedicated support, working closely with the local team to address any technical challenges and guarantee the project's smooth execution.
This case serves as a testament to HID's capability to deliver tailor-made solutions for marine projects, meeting the highest industry standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
