Successful Conclusion of the Semi-Annual Summary Conference of Shandong Haohai Dredging Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2023
On June 27th, Shandong Haohai Dredging Equipment Co., Ltd. held its semi-annual summary conference with the theme "Working Together for Outstanding Achievements." The conference reviewed and summarized the work of the first half of the year and outlined the key tasks for the second half. Approximately 20 attendees, including Chairman Wang Yongsheng, company management, middle management, and assistants, participated in the conference.
The conference began by commending individuals and teams who had achieved outstanding business performance in the first half of 2023. The participants conducted comprehensive reviews and reflections on the work done during the first half of the year and provided detailed plans for the second half. Each department head conducted in-depth analyses of the completion of annual assessment indicators and key tasks, identified problems and deficiencies in the work of 2023, and proposed specific improvement measures to clarify the work ideas and directions.
Chairman Wang provided feedback on the work reports presented by department heads and outlined specific requirements for the second half of the year. In his concluding speech on the company's work and operational analysis in the first half of 2023, Chairman Wang fully acknowledged the excellent achievements made by various departments during the past six months and made suggestions and requirements for the key tasks in the second half. He pointed out that the current domestic and international economic environment is characterized by uncertainty, intense industry competition, and increasingly severe challenges.
Chairman Wang emphasized "five points" of requirement:

"Focus on Team": Strengthen the construction of talent echelons, actively attract outstanding professionals in the industry, and build a reserve talent pool.
"Optimize Processes": Optimize and refine management and marketing processes, continuously improve and enhance company processes through deepening and expanding the application of information technology.
Chairman Wang called on all Haohai employees to unify their thoughts, work together, and create outstanding achievements for the year 2023.
During the summary conference, the company also organized a team-building activity called "Roast Lamb, Enjoy Fireworks," in which all colleagues participated.
