HID is proud to participate in the international maritime transport and logistics conference,2022 in Alexandria Egypt.
From March 20-22, 2022, the Arab Academy of Sciences, Technology and Shipping organized the conference (Marlog) for international transport and logistics in its eleventh edition, in collaboration with pianc, the conference's scientific partner, and the University of Genoa, Italy, the conference's academic partner.
Marlog is an important international annual event. Since 2011, experts and specialists have discussed the latest developments in the field of shipping, ports and logistics and comes up with recommendations that help improve the shipping and port industry, and the Arab Academy has so far held 10 previous conferences (Marlog) that have seen the presence of prominent international figures and influential in the industry Shipping and ports, and issued a number of important recommendations that played a role in the development of ports in Egypt and the Arab region.
This year, the 11th edition of the event brings together the finest local, and international players across the ports, logistics, and maritime industries, who aim to find concrete solutions and offer their expertise to support the blue economy. Blue economy seeks to promote economic growth, while at the same time ensuring environmental sustainability of the oceans and coastal areas.
