HID Dredger to build a Mega Cutter Suction Dredger for the Client
HID Dredger is proud to announce the construction of a Mega Cutter Suction Dredger for our esteemed client. This cutting-edge dredging vessel will be fabricated at our state-of-the-art HID Shipyard in Qingzhou City, China, with an anticipated delivery date by the end of 2023.
The design and engineering of this remarkable Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) have been meticulously crafted through a collaborative effort. HID Dredger has worked closely with a dedicated team from our client, fostering a co-creation approach that has enabled us to develop an optimal, tailor-made solution for their specific needs.
The distinguishing features of this modular design include four substantial pontoons, a high-capacity powered cutter head equipped with an S 7 motor, a robust marine pump system, and twin world-renowned diesel marine engines. This configuration ensures exceptional performance and reliability in challenging dredging operations.
