HID Dredge shipyard delivers customized Electric Cutter Suction Dredger 200 to client
HID shipyard has recently tested and delivered a customized electric cutter suction dredger 200 for city river sand mining.
The delivery is followed after successful in house testing at HID factory, and dismantled to be shipped in a flat truck .
The dredger will be electrically powered from the generator set on dredger will convert the electrical power to drive the dredge systems hydraulically.
HID ECSD200 has a total installed power of 214 KW and is equipped with HID patented heavy duty cutter head with replaceable cutter teeth, allowing the dredge cutter head to be efficient in all depths.
To ensure the quality of the equipment, The dredger built under the International quality ISO9001：2015. Moreover, most of the components have passed testing to ensure its compliance with ZC certification.
