HID CSD500 for port construction expansion in Philippines
Major Philippines contractors ordered a HID CSD500 cutter suction dredge shortly to expand their current process of port construction. The dredging equipment was put into operation last month. Now all is going well.
The delivery of the CSD500 includes the supply of a matching work boat, and 1500m discharge pipelines.
The cutter suction dredger CSD500 is a customised stock vessel,well matched the clients’requirements. This makes short-term delivery possible.
The CSD 500 is a dismountable dredger with a maximum dredging depth of -14m.
The dredger is of all welded using CCS marine steel plates, 3 hydraulic operated winches are in the front of the marine pontoon deck, 2 fixed spuds on the aft. 2 double ballast (forward and aft).
The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon . The in-board dredge pump has a mixture capacity of 4,000 m3/h.
